Our off road camper trailer adventure, travelling around Australia. Monday, 23 March 2015. Yes another roast meat post but they taste so fantastic in the camp oven that we just had to share. On the same day as this roast. Preheating the camp oven helps get that roast going. A lovely rolled beef roast, dried with paper towel. Seasoned with a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper and a BBQ spice seasoning.
